So I Googled this and found out there is somewhere you can download these 'skins' so your sims are anatomically correct. I've been over to the TSR website downloading a few new hairstyles and a few clothes and I noticed many of the sims in the pictures (the men at least) have nipples. Unless disabled in settings, undressing requires Sims to have high enough Naturism or Exhibitionism skill level, depending on the situation. WickedWhims uses the Special Outfit Category for nudity, but all default nudity interactions in-game (like showering) use the Bathing Outfit Category, which is separate. Most basic interactions allow you to undress top, bottom, and feet outfit parts, as well as all of them at once.
